Food was cold. Though I came around 145 am to be fair, but it was not properly heated

Edit: after the management change their portion size has been much better and consistent almost all the times. The cashier guy is super friendly and welcoming. 4 years ago I like their food and customer service but their portions of food are very little while the price is higher than other gyro places on the same street. Never going there anymore. Not worth for the money I am paying for. And not to forget the extra money they charge if you pay by cards. While other places are making it more convenient for people to use cards, here they are charging people extra for using cards. I'm very disappointed.

How is it you check for something and it says that you guys are open but when I get to the spot your doors open met up with someone behind the counter and told me we don’t open for 1030. Why is your door open? Oh we don’t open for 1030. Why is your door open
