Best Pho in WICHITA!!!! Overall there isn't any vietnamese restaurant comes close to Kim's!

Arrived here at 5pm on a Tuesday. We were seated promptly. The staff was helpful and courteous. The pho was delicious. Good experience.

Food is Phenomenal, however Service Needs some serious Help! We visited Kim's Noodles Last night around 7:45pm - After waiting about 10-15mins after getting Seated (Party of 3), we Flagged our Server down to let him know we were Ready to place our Order... Instantly he rudely Responded "I'm Busy...I can't Take your Order!" and then Walked off... We were obviously quite Shocked at that Response but decided to Wait for him to Walk by again... We Flagged him down again to Ask - When he could Take our order? He again rudely Replied "We only have 2 Servers, I do Not know When I can Take your Order!" and then Walked off... he then Stood about 10ft from our Table and Got on his Phone and stayed on it for several Minutes. After that, we just Decided to Leave and so Did the Table (Party of 4) Close to ours, who had come in about 2-3mins after us. It was obvious that this Server did Not care and was apparently too Busy to Accommodate us. It really is quite Disappointing to be Dismissed and Treated that way... We will be Looking for another Pho place that actually Appreciates our Business and has done a Better job at Training their Employees. I do Hope this Review instigates some much Needed Improvements on their Service-level.
