Cute and quaint little place, it’s certainly the owner’s passion project that’s come together over years—it’s a little dim, a little rough around the edges, def. a bit of a hole in the wall, but it’s got great personality and the food is lovely Parking: No real lines, just a lot you plop your car in while trying to be mindful of others
Freshman, delicious. Peaceful atmosphere
the food was authentic and amazing!! i loved the tteokbokki. it’s run by two people so prepare for a long wait. i personally didn’t mind and i really loved the homey atmosphere of the place. will definitely come back next time im in the area!
This was Classic, Amazing, and outright fantastic. Don't let the parking lot and outer facade fool you. As soon as you walk in you can feel the love, warmth, and dedication put into this place. The older woman running this place does it all. She is the waitress, chef, and bartender and she does it all smiling. Fried chicken appetizer was hot and fried to perfection. Dinner was great
tteokbokki and kimchi were amazing !!! the staff was so sweet and friendly. the atmosphere was really welcoming and homey, i loved it
The food here is home style Korean food, it was simple and comforting. I didn't like the frozen chicken wings, they were too salty, but I still gave them 5☆s for other other things that were made from scratch, especially the Mandu (pot stickers). The restaurant's atmosphere needs a lot of help, Christmas decor still hanging with spider webs, the roof is leaking, and just a buch of random stuff horded. Not the inviting vibe for me, but I still gave it a chance and was glad. Heard they might be closing due to landlord issues, do check them out before they are gone.
not just a kimchi house, but a kimchi home. kind of pricey for a neighborhood restaurant, but the portions are massive and the quality of the food is great; you’ll have leftovers for days that reheat nicely. staff are sweet sweet older women. personal favorite menu items include the kim bob, jap chae, and classic beef bulgogi.
