Excellent lugar para comer
You’re paying for the “vibes”
Awfully dark inside, good luck reading the menu
Ordered the black cod fish, excessively overpriced for the portion size. Only a sliver of fish with a small side dish of rice, and that costed more than $30
Ordered sushi and again, I have never seen sushi roll that was cut so thinly and small for $15
For true sushi experience, you’re much better off spending your money at a much more worthwhile place just down the road
The food was amazing! I'm definitely planning future visits. Highly recommend the xiaolong bao dumplings. They were so flavorful and soft, practically melted in my mouth.
The interior is very pretty with nice mood lighting. Although, depending on where you are seated, it may be hard to hear anyone speak over the music.
Server kept forgetting to bring out the order as well as the drinks. As we were leaving the restaurant, we watched the chef make sushi with his bare hands with no regards to basic kitchen standards and etiquette.
This is by far the worst meal I have ever had on the Legacy West strip, and I have been to almost all of them. The delivery of the food was sporadic and indifferent; and I believe the Halibut I was served was straight from frozen. I am surprised that this restaurant is still in business.
Went during the day, super calm, aesthetic and relaxing spot to talk, go on a date, tried the drinks and some dumplings! Super good thus far and looking forward to experiencing the nightlife.
Don’t bother your self. I had a very disappointing experience at Kai Lounge. From the moment I walked in, things just felt off. The staff was inattentive and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. I waited over 20 minutes just to get a menu, and another 30 minutes before my order was taken.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The quality was nowhere near what I expected for the price. The drinks were equally disappointing; my cocktail was watered down and lacked any real flavor.
To top it all off, the ambiance was ruined by loud, obnoxious music that made it impossible to have a conversation. I was hoping for a relaxing night out, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.
I wouldn’t recommend Kai Lounge to anyone looking for good food, good service, or a good time. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.
The place has a cool vibe but the food & drinks are not good
Came in for a little date night with my man and had a great time as always. the ambience was quiet and romantic, perfect for a monday night date! the braised short rib and the prime new york strip were amazing. Our server, Lauren was so sweet and personable! highly recommend!
I recently hosted a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom at KĀI, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we started planning, Nichole Koulouvaris, the incredible general manager, was there every step of the way. Her attention to detail was unmatched—no request was too big or small. She connected me with top-notch vendors for everything from florals to a party bus and even custom 50th birthday napkins.
The night itself was nothing short of magical. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. As the evening progressed, the restaurant transitioned into a DJ dance club around 10 pm, and our party continued with fantastic bottle service. The drinks were top-notch, especially the espresso martinis, and the bottle service team made us feel like VIPs all night.
My mom had an amazing time, and our guests were raving about the event. If you're looking to host a memorable celebration, KAI is the place to do it. I highly recommend it—Nichole and her team will make sure your event is a huge success!
Worst place with the worst service!!!
Great experience here for brother’s birthday party.
Prices are a bit high, for what you get. I will say that the Pad Thai with steak is pretty damn good.
