I stood at the counter for literally 5 min before someone came to take my order. The tip option on the machine is a nice feature, I only interacted with the guy taking my order witch took 5 seconds. Why should I give him money? I wasn't waited on like in an actual restaurant.

The need to do more variety of chicken as in Jamaica for eg. crispy and barbecue

Just to long on wait times and staff much to busy ( not) to even make eye contact . I have walked out 50 % of the time ,? It is only hunger and craving K.F.C. that makes me wait the other 50 % lol.

Do not recommend the staff are rude I have had not one good experience with this one the food is cold a lot of the times pop is flat employees trash never going back to this location
