Every single time i go to this location and order a side gravy they always forget to give it to me. I wouldnt bother if it was a dip since theyre free but a side gravy costs money and they have always forgotten to give me the side gravy even after paying for it. I have probably lost around $20 just because i paid for something that I never got. Never ordering from here again.

The staff is very disrespectful have no respect blamed me for bag ripping dropped all my food all over the ground and nothing but aditued when I pulled up to the window

Need to do crispy and barbecue as Jamaica did and they will sell much more.

I ordered takeout today. After eating French fries and chicken, I had diarrhea twice and felt nauseous. I don’t recommend it.

They really don't care what you actually ordered... I ordered through doordash, and I ordered a famous chicken sandwich box meal with popcorn chicken, coleslaw, and ice tea, with honey mustard dip for the popcorn chicken. I also ordered an extra barbecue dip because I like putting it in my chicken sandwiches. What I got was not a famous chicken sandwich (at least, it didn't have lettuce like the picture in Doordash showed), I got three barbecue dips instead of a barbecue and a honey mustard, I got two coleslaws somehow, and I got 7up instead of ice tea. I have not seen this little care from any restaurant in a long time. My goodness.

The food there is HORRIBLE. Every time I order through the drive thru there’s either a missing order, OVERNIGHT & OLD or un- fully cooked food, and no utensils. The staff need serious training !!

An employee did answer the phone at about ring 5 and answered my questions in a courteous, respectful manner.

Both drive-thru lanes closed, very limited options for drinks, was not offered a refund for my drink when I passed on the few drink options they had (purchased separately as my meal didn't come with one unfortunately) Left very disappointed
