Chicken and fries were great, hot and ready for time of pick up and staff were very friendly.

Food not ready for a while, pop machine broke so they offer you a can which is half the size, prices are high.

Slowest KFC and the food is always horrible

Absolutely the worst chicken I have received from anywhere. The bucket was a complete soggy mush of chicken and grease. The chicken was disgusting. I would be ashamed to serve food like that to dogs let alone humans. Hope you guys get your stuff together. Seems to get worse and worse every time I go. This will be the last time I visit this location. Tried to call many times to resolve the issue and they don't answer the phones.

I have no idea what's going on with this location, but the quality of the food is absolutely horrendous. Food poisoning is no joke and the amount of oil is atrocious. Folks - do yourselves a favor and stay away if you enjoy keeping your food down.

The chicken was so greasy it leaked through the box

I ordered a 8 piece variety bucket. It had no popcorn chicken only 6 pieces of chicken. Asked for a large salad got a small.
