KFC

No drink, butter, biscuit, or silverware.

Like always, food at any KFC is delicious, service in the other hand, is not so good in this particular employee behave like they are miserable and they don't even want to be there, they are rude and slow as a turtle, I think this store have the worse customer service.

Last time I was here I got plastic on my coleslaw. Now today, it's even worse at this store. Alex who. Took my order looked like a bum right off the street filthily dressed no hair net, Not to mention how filthy the store was. Filthy tables sticky food ridden chairs not to mention the floors . I asked for a 16 piece no wings. They gave me 4 wings and charged me as if no wings. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS KFC FILTHY EMPLOYEES FILTHY STORE !!!!

Ordered online arrived on time but had to wait for the order as no one was working the front counter. Once they came to front counter, the order had been sitting ready, just not moved to where it could be picked up.

Dined in left before finished eating from hearing constant foul language from all the workers loudly conversating

While eating heard lots of profanity spoken by workers in their loud conversations. We took our food to go halfway thru eating because of it.

Waited 30 minutes to drive through just take an order. Then they forgot to give me utensils for my mac and cheese

Very slow service but the staff is kind. Sometimes the food comes out perfect, sometimes not so much.

The food was good. But it took them 45 minutes to get our order done. We are a family of 5. Our 3 kids order chicken tenders. Apparently, they were out so they had to make more (at dinner time none the less smh). The employees were arguing over stuff (not sure what, but my daughter heard them arguing). And there were at least 5 people that came in after us waiting forever for their food as well. Poor service!!!
