KFC Warrington - Sankey Way

If I could have given less I would of ....4 piece meal ...4 scrawny chicken legs , just about edible fries that was stone cold ....only decent part of the meal was the Pepsi max ....even the tables were filthy ....and how come the owner only adds a comment to the good reviews ?

Very clean and tidy,staff friendly,food was tasty and hot. Ample parking outside.

Ordered a take out and drove home only to find that the gravy was missing from 2 meals. Drove all the way back to be met with a blank stare from the employee behind the counter, no sorry or apology, she literally walked over grabbed the gravy and placed them on the counter! Rude and zero customer service skills. Should have known better with all the terrible reviews. Just avoid this place unless you're partial to rudeness, cold food and having to drive out twice for 1 order

Waiting 15 minutes for my food 4 members of the staff standing round talking my order wad for £23 I had to go and ask for my food I was that cold they put new chips in bag will never go their again CUSTOMER SERVICE none
