Honestly, nowadays, KFC services are not up to the mark. Recently, I visited two cities, Delhi and Udaipur, both of which had less staff to provide delayed service.

Ordered KFC coffee mouse cake from zomato today (Celebration mall outlet, Udaipur) but product fully STALE. Tried to contact them but phone switched off. No support from zomato as well as KFC. Requesting KFC & ZOMATO to consider health of the customer first.

The worst KFC outlet in Udaipur. No proper staff. The have a standard dialogue ‘Minimum half an hour waiting’
