KFC Shrewsbury - Barker Street

Came in about 8pm on Tuesday night and was told it was takeaway only despite not being told beforehand and having the option too on the touch pod. There was a guy in there when we arrived sitting down so decided to sit down anyway. The manager was very aggressive and came over demanding that we leave, i explained it was raining outside and we would only be a couple mins and the restaurant didnt close until 10pm so i dont see what the issue is. He would not budge and showed no sympathy at all claiming i was rude at the till which i wasnt at all and it was a lady who gave me the food. We had abit of a arugment and i just called him out for how wrong it was. Eventually we left and ate in the car however i was appalled at how we treated especially after explaining our situation to him. Wont be returning here and i would avoid if i was you, if its past a certain time they wont let u sit in as they seem to just want to do the bare minimum and want to get out early was what i interpreted.

Really fast service. But food tasted like it had been sat around awhile

The chicken was cooked to perfection and the service was fantastic. What a great team.

A burger was missing and the food was not tasty, worst fries i ever had.

Service very slow, only 1 staff member on tills, order was wrong, food average as expected, loads of teenagers making the place a bit uncomfortable.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE I DONT CARE IF THEY CAN SEE WHAT IM ABOUT TO WRITE, A COUPLE WEEKS BACK I EATEN THERE AND HAD FOOD POISON , MY STOMACH WAS PERFECT UNTIL I WENT THERE 2 HOURS LATER MY STOMACH WAS BAD. I HAD TO CALL 111 AT MIDNIGHT AS I WAS SO WEAK AND DEHYDRATED. I HAD TO TO TAKE A STOOL SAMPLE TO THE DOCTORS AND THEY SAID IT WAS FOOD POISON, IM WAITING TO HERE BACK FROM THEM AND THE COUNCIL PLEASE AVOID

KFC food speaks for itself and you know what your getting. The horrid little tiny teens that sit in the corner with a £0.90p drink swearing at each is disgraceful. Would not take my children here, but it's ok if you want some nuggets and a fight.

Unfortunately groups of teenagers were spoiling the atmosphere with food throwing and mess making and general aggravation. Shame but was glad to leave. Otherwise clean, and pleasant.
