Shocking, I think they clean the floor and toilets once a week. Lol

When i had it the food was cold but it was not terrible the people that worked there was very rude !!! They didn't care about the order and just put random stuff in the bag DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Well, it’s not true, absolutely spotless sincerely, no more mucky windows. Luke on the counter and his supervisor need to be become next area managers. because they have absolutely smashed it. The food is tasting one of the best in the Uk I tell no lies. I never been here in two years all because generally if the windows are okay, I could see them as dirty inside. but obviously that does not happen anymore. Well done all of you at KFC Lane top. Parking: Very Accommodating for disabled persons, even the counter if asked will Carry out your food if it’s too heavy. That made my day. Wheelchair accessibility: All level.
