If you don't remember ti ask for fresh French fries you get old ones that are like rubber.

Ordered an 8 piece meal w fries n gravy w the coupon. Fries tasted stale/old & had some kind of spice. Gravy was grosse and watery. Order kfc elsewhere do not waste ur money here. Got hung up on had to call back for plates. Driver expected a tip and tried to keep my change even though delivery was included on price. Disappointed with wasting money here even my kids couldn’t finish their plates.

Fast service and friendly staff. Good was food and fresh. Vegetarian options: Plant based samdwich

I’ve thought long and hard about leaving this review. I ordered 2 famous chicken chicken sandwiches along with a chicken bucket. I was shorted on the chicken so I thought, to bit into my burger and find the missing breast pieces. I called to let them know what happened. I ordered and picked up in store. They “didn’t understand me” told me to contact Uber as it’s their problem and hung up on me. I was hung up on 3 times and it wasn’t until the 4th call that they said they could change out the sandwich’s if I came back in with the bone sandwiches. I was told I was lying and that no one else complained about bones in their sandwiches. I used to frequent this place and it was the man that gave me the food that told me I was lying. I really do not feel like i should have to unpack and examine my food before I go home to eat. I was told I can’t make a complaint and that it wasn’t possible to confuse a chicken breast with a famous chicken piece yet it happened with TWO sandwiches. I am so disappointed and upset with how I was treated after being a customer for the past year and some that I’ve been in the area.

Went for lunch. Was not greeted, fine whatever. Staff where standing in the back talking. Waited to order, so tempted to leave. Food was cold. Will never be back.

They don’t know how to look over your order properly and are missing items. Don’t order from this location

Their food use to be good but it's been getting worse all the time.
