Great experience

Ordered 10 piece 3 sides gravy fries coleslaw. Got home no gravy, macaroni salad no coleslaw. Took the salad back told them they screwed up and how and now my fries and xhicken were getting cold at home. Went to the window, I handed him the salad he fave me the gravy and slaw, he asked for the chicken, I told him it was at home getting cold with my fries, he handed me a large bag with fries and another order. Didn't expect this. I ate all my thoughts I had on the way there while I was rushing home to eat my hot food.

We are typically regulars here but I’m not sure what has happened recently. Today, at around 9:30pm, they got our order wrong and after we had gotten home and realized, we had attempted to work things out over the phone with who I assume to be the manager on duty until they proceeded to act extremely aggressive over the phone and insist that it had been our fault that the order was incorrect. Unfortunately we were met disappointed and dissatisfied with food that we could not eat and rude and uncooperative customer service.

It is a very clean place to enjoy your chicken dinner.

They left out two order items, food was cold, chicken was dry. Way overpriced. Also you can’t get a 2 or 3 piece combo with coleslaw anymore. You have to order the 4 piece big box meal for $20. Pretty sure they changed the recipe because it tasted terrible. I used to say KFC was the ultimate craving/adventure food, but I won’t order from them again. The best customer service could offer was a coupon or free menu item, but I have no desire to eat this food ever again. I’ll go to Popeyes in the future

The worst service buy the staff I have regularly go KFC location 8th street but this time first the gave me spoiled bun for sandwich and than whan I complain and ask to change the gave me cold sanwich without wrape paper. Unreasonable offers

I would never go back , we got take out stopped outside of the city to eat and the chicken was cold and had maybe one of the eleven herb and spices, mine was dry while my wife’s was flabby ( only way to describe it ) never again !!!!!! The colonel would be rolling in his grave
