KFC

When you enter, nobody cares. Food and service is horrible. Never again. All the staffs needs to be kicked out and change.

I've been to this KFC a few times lately and my patience is running out. The food is okay sometimes but they have served me overcooked and old chicken in the past. Recently this employee named Lana, who acts like a manager is rude and hard to deal with. The first time I noticed Lana she screamed something snappy at a coworker from the back loud enough that everyone heard her. And a few occasions after that, everytime I ask for anything at all, Lana is rude, combative and snappy. The employee named Lana goes out of her way to make everything difficult and actually prevents the customers getting help. A description of Lana is, in her 40s, white, heavyset, brown hair and she might also work drive thru. I'm fed up with this employee, I'm calling corporate headquarters until something is done about Lana. How are people like this getting hired?!?!?!!!!

Out of pot pies. A gentleman ahead of me politely asked to use the bathroom and the lady told him he had to make a purchase. He ended up peeing outside.

Delicioso pollo! La hamburguesa riquísima!

Tried the chicken wraps. They were freaking small. Got 2 for $5 and I'm glad I also ordered a regular chicken sandwich. The wraps looked like they were for a small kid. Maybe 2 or 3 bites at most. Won't be buying them again. I'll try elsewhere for a chicken wrap.
