I like this location better than the one on south grand. Maybe because I can get in and out. No complaints.

Poor customer service poor management got cursed at literately just because they got my order wrong. Literally the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life.

I ordered fill-up box and chose 4 sauces. I got received nothing and that wasn't a box.

Food is great. Service was good.

Absolutely disgusting, I didn’t even try the food, I walked into the bathroom and immediately felt sick, it looked like a crime scene. Don’t ever eat here if you value your health

Chicken was too dry. Seems to be refried.

I've been to this restaurant several times. The reason is to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's been COUNTLESS times they've gotten my order wrong. And this is after asking them several times about the order.They would even LIE about what supposed to be in the bag. Today I've even asked the shift manager, she assured me that the order was correct, but lied. This is NOT a place you want to do busy with!

Good food quick service.

We sat at the intercom for about ten minutes, nobody came to the intercom so we drove around to the window, the cashier and manager both were rude and laughing and saying we have to go back around. I don’t why they thought it was a joke. They were unprofessional. That location needs new workers. It was 4:25pm on June 25, 2024.

Ordered and paid $16 for a bucket of 10 and got 8.

Terrible customer service.
