Horrible food, doesn't taste fresh at all... poor service. Non recommended

Rude manager at the till was a Filipino lady. She was on a videocall with someone on her phone whilst working.. zero manners, zero customer service skills! Terrible experience at KFC Richmond, deffo not coming back.

If you like chicken flavoured salt ,then you are at the right place. It felt like eating pieces of breaded salt. Food quality is garbage.

Must have new staff, Orders are correct, sauces in bag.I suppose its only as it should be but at least they upped their game from being hopeless. Old review below These jokers cannot even put the sauces in the bag. Waste of time . Never ordering again. Manager needs replacing .

This place is terrible Im So sick of being treated with contempt every-time i order they don't want to help me ,food accuracy is bad , they are constantly changing staff come on kFC sort it out . Store is always dirty and people only frequent it because it is on their route home seriously whats the crack here

Had to spit my food out of my mouth (into a tissue). Burger and bread were dry and overcooked/or not cooked properly, it was not fit for eating. The tables were dirty with stale food on them. I got home and had an upset stomach for several hours. It is not the first time this happened to me at this KFC in Richmond, I will not be returning. This KFC has very poor management and hygiene. Avoid at all costs if you value your health.

Looked like only 4 people working on a busy Friday night. Idiot delivery drivers sticking there phones in the staff faces. Terrible food, over salted chicken tenders, tiny portion of undercooked chips. Greasy chicken. Some sort of rubbery dipping sauce which tasted awful. KFC over working staff with there terrible food. I have no idea how you stay in business. You suck.
