We just left this place. The ice machine didn't work, so I went to the counter to get ice,when I got to the counter I slipped on some water or something that was on the floor. I hurt my knee. I ( plus my wife, and the lady that was in line) told the lady at the counter. She acted as though she didn't hear me. I even said that I hurt my knee. She still didn't say anything. There was no wet floor sign down either!! Plus they made our Taco Bell food wrong. I am thinking about getting a lawyer!

I don't know what's going on with this Kentucky Parker on the national west side but the chicken was horrible. More flowery uncooked seasoning on it burnt. I get this for my little boy that's autistic and he loves it. But today it's almost like he wouldn't even eat it. It's the first time I had it like this. Usually it's on the east side that it looks like it's. But the east side has been better than the national west side. So I don't know what's going on. But today I give you poor food remark
