There was a person at the counter ....name Fardin. He was extremely cool under pressure and extremely courteous too. He went beyond the call of duty to make the customer happy. Well done, Fardin. This is my second-third time experiencing disappointment... I was waiting to order at counter but at a time 3 people were busy counting money... They were not concerned about customer I even asked if counting is important they said, Yes!!! Then same ladies came to take order one was shift manager and guess what?, they asked another guy to take my order... So my question is if you were busy counting and was not going to take order, somebody else were going to take order why did you ask me to wait??...
