The most uncooperative place I had placed an Order on the 29th May via the KFC app and my order went through and directed me to the Payment portal after the due process of payment was completed and my order was Accepted I received an intimation saying that my order is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances and then I was forced to order from Zomato.. My point being If customers have to use a third party app don't let me place an order with you'll and accept payments if you'll can't process it.. After that I raised a complaint on the official KFC website and did receive a call from them saying that they would refund the amount within 7-10 working days as per RBI guidelines. The specific time mentioned has elapsed and I made a call to the customer care executive on 11th June where they directed me that I would receive a call from this outlet since you'll accepted and money will be refunded.. To quote the Customer Care Executive "Sir you will receive a Call from this Outlet with 10 to 15 mins and they will look after the refund", I haven't received a single call from this outlet.. I'd suggest don't trust this outlet since they have no sense of responsibility as well and don't believe in owing a duty to their customers
Never order from this restaurant online. Not only did they cancel my order after accepting it but also not refunded the amount, it's been over a month now. Their customer service is the worst. Not responding to the calls and whenever I reach out to them they will tell it will take 7 days to refund. Never ever order online from this restaurant.
