Walked up to the counter and the girl stared at me me confused for an awkward amount of time, I ask do you guys take orders. She said oh yeah but we don't have chicken,chicken strips,or bowls. She explained her manager j7st walked out bc he was a morning person so they can't make anything. Did your fryer walk out?

Good new coating and less greasy. But WAY overpriced. 3 piece meal was $10. A competitor has a 5 piece meal for $6.

Order was suppose to be ready at 610pm. Went to the counter at 615 to ask about order and employee looked confused. She walked away and never came back and followed up. Went up again around 640 to ask for a refund and said they can’t and still working on order. Walked out with no food at 650. I get being short handed but at least communicate. Other orders were being handed out before ours. And almost every drive thru order was coming back in because it was wrong. Poorly ran location. If I could give 0 stars I would

After ordering I was informed that they were short of legs to complete my order of 16pc. So for the rest of the day everyone gets thighs or breast!!!!

Went through the drive thru one night my total was 15 and some change my card was ran for 18 and some change and then was told I still owed 2 cents. The lady agrued with me about it even after I give her a dollar to cover the 2 cents. She was rude, was mocking me and just kept on going about the fact that i owed 2 cents. I got irrated and end up canceling the order and was told to come back next day for a refund. I called the next day the manager did good job on trying to make it right but when I went to go get the meal I was owed they got it wrong gave me the wrong sides and one of the pieces of chicken wasn't cooked all the way. For how much food cost now a days it's disappointing how the service is and the lack of customer service skills the workers have here. Also not to forget the gas I had to use to go back.

Absolutely my worst experience ever. I placed an order for pick up 24 hours in advance for two 16pc family meals, for my son's birthday. I arrived at the location on time and my order was not ready nor even recognized as being in the system. I was then told that it would take an additional 15 mins for the biscuits to be made. After about 20 more mins, my food was brought to the counter. I was told my complete order was there. I had my doubts, so I checked my bags. I did not have my biscuits, that I had waited an additional 20 mins. While I was waiting, additional customers came in, and the time I waited in the lobby for my food, two other customers complained about them missing food from their order. I will NEVER again come to this location.

No idea how this place stays in business. Everytime I go they are out of everything. the workers are rude and seem like they don't want to be there. The food is disgusting and soggy 9 times out of 10.

Not even half a star. Offered us options they didn't have available. Brought out the wrong order(8pc we ordered 20pc). Did not bring the FULL ORDER. PHONE WONT LET YOU LEAVE VOICEMAIL. HORRIBLE. NEVER. GO.

Ordered mashed potatoes and coleslaw with my meal. Sat down to eat in the dining area. Was not given utensils. Looked where the straws are located. Asked the employees on shift. As they laughed, acknowledging how stupid it is, I was informed they do not have any. Thinking they may just be lazy and didn't want to fetch at the moment, it turned out they literally didn't have any utensils. How the F are you supposed to eat your food? Why didn't the employees say something when I ordered. I may have gotten different sides, or a different meal. Very, very poor management.
