Every single time we order from this place either online or in store there is always at least one item missing. You go in and complain and it takes 30 mins to resolve. Walked away today with a drink missing and paid for a burger to be towered but it wasn't. Genuinely terrible all round

Ordered off the KFC app for delivery. When the uber delivery guy come to deliver the bag broke and went all over the road. So I called KFC and they will issue a refund within 15 days. I said I don't want a refund I just want the food. And they said they couldn't send it me again. I said what's the point of ordering off you app then and the manager just out the ohon3 down on me. Well done on customer service.
