KFC

Ordered using KFC app.Shadowfax delivery agent assigned. Contacted him after half an hour, he said the restaurant personnel handed over the package and took it away saying he'll be cancelling the order, god knows due to what reason. Delivery cancelled, order still active, no info on refund! Edit : The order was delivered after 2 hours and all cold. The invoice had time stamp 08:25PM and the delivery made at 10:15PM! Hats off KFC!

Ordered spicy Carribean zinger burger and received a normal zinger burger and even the mid pie that I ordered wasn’t edible since the entire paper cup melted away and mixed with the dessert. Worst KFC ever. Please close this outlet

I recently visited kfc at Wall Street the chicken was tasteless and it was rotten never gonna visit kfc again

We have visited this branch a few times ... May be 5-6 times.... They have been consistent in giving half cooked chicken .... I feel they r in such a rush or they don't have trained staff .... Parking is a task.... We have even ordered thru delivery platforms .... Every time it's a disappointment....after we start eating we realise - oh man it's from this branch.. don't know how it's survived so many years without people forcing it to shut down ....

I felt pity on the person who was taking orders making the things ready everything done by one person and I couldn't even tell him anything bcuz taking the order was so slow bcuz one person was doing everything. What has happened to kfc are there no people to work for them or are they saving money ..... I'm a customer for 10 years it's sad please improve your services .
