KFC

I never really have a bad experience at KFC! The only issue I had once in a while is that they run out of certain offered items. Other than that, I love KFC! I do miss the buffets and fish dinners, though! Also, they only have the drive thru open even when they have a dining area available. I think it's because of the lack of staffing since no one ever wants to work anymore! So thank you to those folks who are willing to work and keep these places open! ❤️

Order family meal came home and was no biscuits and had to wait extra 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich

Very rude very rude I will drive past this KFC to go to another one never going there again update place the order March 6th at noon for pickup at 4:00 p.m. Went in to the store at 3:55 p.m. and they told me we don't have your order but my app says the order is ready the money is gone out of my bank account so now I have to call corporate to get my money back never going back to KFC 1400 West Miller parkway Milwaukee Wisconsin bad service

The worst ..

When I go after work around 7 pm there is always something they don't have available. Like crispy chicken or fries. Not sure why they start cleaning so early when they're open to the public until later.

I ordered the big box original recipe through the drive-thru this evening. The attendant was very polite and professional. When I got home and opened my big box my piece of chicken looked like.someone ate the skin off of the chicken breast. I couldnt even eat it. The mash potatoes and the slaw were thrown in to the togo container. The over all meal was very disappointing.

The last time which was 2 weeks ago the male person working the drive through was rude & lied about their meals which was a BIG TURN OFF TO ME especially when I frequently go there for the meal that I always have ordered. So the stars go from 4 to 1. No one wants to deal with bad attitude for customer service, lies & food which I passed on Features: None at the time with this person
