KFC

Lady taking order @1:54 4/19/25 was very rude and didn’t even try to suggest help or anything and for spending how much money you do at a kfc we did not get all our items in our bag two sides Of cole slaw charged and not in bag and then asked if we wanted any sauces we said yes named then got bag and not one was in there like why ask got my bowl and literally almost all mash potatoes and was four hard tiny pieces of chicken in it like just was not a good experience

Pot pie had no chicken and about 1 cup of sauce. Fried chicken was over cooked.

Do not eat here. They make your food while eating. They eat behind the line. Super gross.

Waited for about 15min for my order to be made, was told Mac n cheese had a few minutes, and my Mac n cheese was cold, other food from there is good but make sure my food is hot when I get it

Food was about what I expect at a KFC. The biscuits were fresh which was a bonus. Service was fast and friendly.

Very disappointed chicken was not done ordered that pizza thing with light sauce got extra sauce the 12 piece nugget was 9 the mashed potatoes and gravy was mostly gravy and service was ok but not the best bad part I like KFC a lot but will be awhile if ever I go back to this one

Ordered online.. went to pick up 20 minutes later... they asked me to come back in 10 minutes. Totally fine. Comeback 15 minutes later... she said I'm sorry but we don't have any tenders... there are 8 tenders in my order....I asked if I could get nuggets instead... no, I had to call an 800 # to get a refund.... while I was asking another question, she said I just work here and shut the window on me while I was talking. Then I got home and they also had not put the fries I ordered in the bag. We won't be visiting again. The fact that the window was shut on me while I was talking was the final straw on top of being out of tenders and missing other items in my order.

Well I usually avoid this kfc. But I was over ruled by a vote. I must say wow it was actually good. The chicken was fresh the sides were fresh. May have been a fluke I hope not. This was our favorite kfc for the longest time. I wish I could remember the old managers name but she was there a long time. Even my picky child said the food was good. Hope this is the start of a new up swing.
