Poorest service ever. Handful of customers but takes forever. Not following their posted time open and time close. Just poor service repeatedly, now I give up. Not coming back to this location.

Cashier was not attentive and unaudable.

The service is very good. Food is good as well and I haven't had any issues other than one time a month ago when they had not packed gravy correctly and when I got home it was all in my bag instead of the container. I called the store customer service to reorder for pickup the replacement instead I was told they had to open a case and the manager would call back, but they never called. But the food is good here and the service too, so not worth the spilled gravy. Overall, I'd rather go here than the one on Cooper Street.

Cold food.

No on this visit I just needed some cold slaw and when it comes to a quick slaw you can not beat my cousin's slaw

wrong order, staff not friendly

The lady who was working the drive thru was disrespectful and rude. We had accidentally ordered at the wrong location (which happened to be a different state, but the store had a similar address), and she just cut us off and said we needed to go to that store. Once I figured out how to get my money back, I replaced the order at the correct store. When we went to the speaker to get the order, she snapped about the fact that it had just been placed and it wasn't ready yet. Asked what kind of car we had and had us pull around to the front to bring it out. She then turned to her coworker to complain that we had just placed the order and was already asking to pick it up. We were on our lunch break and only had a limited amount of time to get our food and eat it. Had she paid attention to the conversation prior, she would know that we still planned to use their location. Then, to top all of that off, the food was bland and had no flavors. It made me gag trying to eat it.
