This is a historically awesome KFC. It has a rich tradition of great fast food, workers, and incredible stories. Some of the best all time people that I’ve ever met in my life worked at the historic 3rd street KFC; no joke. Upon my entry to KFC this time, I was only impressed. They continue to hire amazing employees. Those employees carry on the rich tradition of the third Street KFC. I highly recommended checking out this KFC among other KFC’s in the world, it is the best.
Went to get the fill up box. When we got home the chicken was gross looked super dry and black . I tried it and was hard, rubbery, dry and tasted bad. Seemed like it had sat all day under a heat lamp. We called and was told that it was fresh . When we were adamant that it was not. The Manager said that we could go back and get fresh. Um maybe when they get there act together . Ps. Only the Cole slaw was good
My husband went in and ordered 6 piece chicken only. Dark meat only. Got to hotel and there were two big pieces of chicken breast right on the top. Chicken looked like it had been sitting too long and was so incredibly greasy and had a funky taste. KFC has gotten so bad lately. The food, the service, the cleanliness are all suffering.
Prices have gone up but chicken and pot pies still good. Good choices on sides. Staff pleasant.
Didn't have the food as advertised. But it was OK. Tried something else aside from old biscuits. Pretty good
Our food was all cold and tasted like it had been sitting for awhile.
Seems they have hired better employees. Place is doing better than it was before
The lady that was at the drive thru window right now is super disrespectful, the eye rolling when YOU forgot to put something in the bag that someone paid for was unnecessary. If you would have done the job in the first place we wouldn’t have had to return. Secondly the packaging of our food in the bag looks like everything was just thrown in with no coordination. If you can’t manage to do your job correctly then find something else.
