i dont understand how hard it is for you mfs too NOT put cheese on a order im tired of getting home finding out my food got cheese on it

I lived around these parts for over 28 years… I’ve only been to this spot two times in my life… And when I have came, they never had my orders.. my first order, all I wanted was a two chicken sandwich with cheese… 2nd time was the chizza … and BOTH TIMES.. they never had them in stock… maybe it’s just this location, but whatever it is… they need to do something about it.. or replace some workers… .. and that’s why I most likely won’t go to kfc ever again

They’re always out of many stuff, very bad service I thought it was only one branch but it looks like all around lancaster !!!

Worst place ever They gave me my order wrong twice and the biscuits were watery not well baked NEEVR AGAIN WILL I EAT AT THIS PLACE

All workers were moving like snails...they didn't even acknowledge me till 15 min.after the fact ....only 1 other person in front of me and were very rude upon acknowledging...
