Garbage food. Chicken was soaked in rancid black grease. Biscuits are good those. Skip the chicken and just get biscuits.

There was no food prepped and ready when I used the drive-thru. I was instructed to park and come into the store to order. The staff seemed surprised that I did come in, but didn't take my order for 15 minutes. Then they told me that to get the food I ordered would take another 11 to 15 minutes since they cooked the wrong style meats, so I took the one they actually cooked instead. In the store, the drink machine appeared broken, but at least worked. There was litter on the counters. They had to repack my order twice as I had the big box, but they put it in small containers. The chicken sandwich was dry and flavorless when I finally got to eat it. The chicken nuggets were the same. The Mac and Cheese was cold. I'm definitely not planning to go there again any time soon.

This restaurant has a lot in common with candy corn, as does KFC in general. The food looks 3 to 7 times tastier than it is. To eat it is a shameful act that must be hidden. And the food is technically a petroleum product. No seriously look it up, I swear the EU classified it a petroleum product in '86.

Out of a lot of menu items. Kitchen was noticably dirty,,,only one staff member on at 230p, his clothing was dirty, no hat or hair net, scrubbing dirty pots went on to serve food without washing his hands and or wearing gloves... gross

Went to KFC on a Thursday at dinner time. Only one person in front of me and 2 cars behind me I pull up and the woman says 1 moment …5 mins later I say hello and she says sorry for the wait 1 moment another 5 mins and I finally get to order only to be told they only have dark meat…are you kidding me!? Not the first time I’ve went there and been told they don’t have chicken….its friggen Kentucky fried CHICKEN!! How do you run out of the one thing you sell on a Thursday when it’s not even that busy

Customer service was great. Other than that, it was not so good. 12 PC bucket original. A couple of pieces were burnt. Was not fresh at all. The gentleman behind the counter was top-notch, though.

The chicken was greasy and I do believe it's quite overpriced over a sudden.
