KFC Keighley - Hardings Road

Worst experience. Chicken not properly cooked and had the fur on the fried chicken.Notified staff and their response was terrible. Very irresponsible manager. Never KFC again.

Order from bill board! Asked for 3 , they didnt even know what was even on the bill board, they finally worked it out asked what sides we wanted , but when got home they weren't in the order . Shoddy service when staff carnt even get your order correct plus a lot of rats running about the place on arrival!

This KFC really need some staff that can count. Today’s order was missing 1 drink, 1 fries and 1 beans. And it’s the same every single time.

Prices are now absolutely ridiculous! Cold and stale.

I was actually quite impressed when I visited this time. I've been here a few times before and to be honest, it's been less than clean. However, this time, it was spotless. Regardless of the cleanliness, the food is always spot on. Just a shame KFC has become so expensive, 2 small meals at nearly £20! Outrageous!
