Was told to wait 15 minutes which turned to 30 minutes yet they didn't have but 4 customers the entire time.

I ORDERED AN EIGHT PIECE MEAL AND WHEN I GOT HOME AND OPEN THE BOX MY FRIES WERE OLD, THE CHICKEN (ORIGINAL) WAS OLD, HARD, BLACK BONED, AND GREASY. I REFUSED TO LET MY FAMILY EAT SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE GARBAGE HOURS PRYOR TO ME EVEN ORDERING. I THREW THAT MESS IN THE GARBAGE AND ORDERED FROM J&J FISH ON 183RD AND KEDZIE. THERE I GOT GOOD SERVICE AND EXCELLENT FOOD. KFC YOU ALL HAVE TO DO BETTER
