Cold, slimy chicken... Thighs cut in half and sold as two pieces. Also no white meat sold in a ten piece bucket.

I would give 0 if I can. You can tell the chicken was not fresh at all from the dark brown color at this location. Obviously they just refried the leftover again and again. The chicken tasted so dry, and you need to drink lots of water to finish a small piece.

Terrible customer service. Don't try using a coupon as they cannot read at this location. I can't speak to the food as I never got what I was asking for. The two lineups seem to confuse both the staff and the customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

HORRIBLE location, hands down! Every time we've gone there, they've either gotten our orders wrong, or have been told they don't carry a certain item even though it's clearly advertised on their menu screens. The employees at this location are absolutely CLUELESS. Last night i ordered their "Festive Big Crunch Box Meal". On the screen in front of me, the cashier punched it in as a regular big crunch meal. I asked her no less than 3 times to confirm that i was indeed getting the festive dinner, to which she replied "Yes.". Of course..... It wasn't. There have been way too many screw-ups and missteps at this location. They NEVER get it right, and we have sworn to NEVER give them our business again. They're a complete and utter joke! I'd give zero stars if i could.

This is the most chaotic location I have ever been to. Went to order a 4 piece today only to be told they have no chicken ready.The store opens at 11am. I was there for 11:05 am. So Kentucky Fried Chicken no longer sells chicken? Head Office, please take note: either close this location or clean house and hire people who are competent enough to actually do their job. Can you imagine going to Subway and only to be told they have no bread? Rather like I was told this morning, that they had no chicken ready. This location has had numerous complaints about their dismal customer service. This is a complete joke of functioning business. The entire management team a.d the rest of their workers at this location should be held accountable for their inability to do their job and that they are indeed an embarrassment to the company!!

The burger was good but that was some funny tasting "pepsi"

Went to get popcorn chicken for my son. They closed everything 15 minutes early. Meanwhile everything else in the food court was open since they're suppose to be open until 5 on Sundays and not 4:45.

Several times visiting this location and more often than not, I've been told that they don't have any chicken....at a KFC... ‍♂️ Either the employees don't care or this place is the most mismanaged fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Hope corporate whips these guys into shape, or closes them down permanently.
