Chicken is cold and smells gross. Will never return. This place should be closed down for good.

I have gone to the KFC here in Foley Al at least once a week sometimes twice hoping to get served because eat ONLY the sides. Every trip they will say a hold for 15-25 minutes. ON SIDES???? You need some good management. Tonight his excuse for a hold was they were busy. There was literally one person in drive thru, one parked and three standing at the counter. Let’s hope they don’t really get busy.WAKE UP CORPORATE !!!YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!

Didn’t get a receipt to fill out a survey, was told to pull over and wait for an order that only contained a large mashed potato with gravy. Waited 5 minutes, someone came out with the wrong order. Waited another 10 minutes and the order came out with no plastic ware so I had to go in which defeats the purpose of drive thru

Chicken was spot on, hot and juicy!!!!!

Got the new smash potato bowl and it is SOOO FILLING. love this combination! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst managed location. I was asked to pull over and they would bring it out to me. Five cars pulled in after me. 20 minutes later I went in and got my order. This happens all the time here.

My husband just drove 20 minutes to pick up a $75 order. Their phone lines are not working. We received half raw smashed biscuits missing sides and one bucket of chicken. Looks like it has been ran over see attached photos will be calling management tomorrow. Will never ever use KFC in Foley again my order total was over $78. Absolutely disgusting.

Great customer service. The staff is really kind and helpful. My food was hot and delicious and came out in a timely manner! Marcel is an exceptional manager and represents the company well!!

No complaints. Food was great. French Fries great. Men ate everything!

On 3-2 -3024 @ 3:21 Foley AL- drive through girl was very.. very.. rude. The speaker box has a lot of static and you can' hear well. FOR HER to act as she did toward anyone says alot about her personality, demoner, and she be held accountable for the way she talks to people. Bad day or not- don't let it show- #careermindedindividuals
