KFC

Waited 30 minutes to only receive half of my order. However they did fix it and they were really nice.

Ordered food online. Went to pick it up and they were out of items ordered and would only take our name and said we’d have to come back another day to get the food. They said no refunds. I called corporate on my own and they gave me the refund after about 30 minutes on the phone providing all my info and details about the order. Just ridiculous for a 21.00 order. They have gone done hill the past few years. Will not return.

I ordered the chicken nuggets and they looked grey and square, like they pulled them from the freezer. They allowed me to exchange them for strips not much better looking. Everything had way too much salt on them, i took what little coating there was off and dipped in sauce, ate about 4 soggy frys. It has been a while since I've eaten at a KFC but in used to like the food. I will try one again when I get back in cali

Ordered a famous bowl with corn and a side of mac and cheese and they put the mac and cheese inside of the famous bowl and ruined it.. also ordered another bowl that wasn’t even half full

Super clean. The workers were very polite and friendly. Quick service. The food was just the way I like it. 👍

store says its opened at 10 but does not open till 10:30. VERY disappointing as I was really looking forward to a chicken pot pie on my lunch break!!!

Very poor experience. Went thru the drive-thru. The gentleman was polite and asked how my night was and took my order. When I received my food, the lady that handed it out the window did not say a word. I opened my food immediately and it was not very good. The fries were very soggy and my chicken sandwich was barely warm.

Out of everything when i ordered, extremely rude, nd didn't give me a receipt. Called back the next day to get food replaced and manager was rude and because their crew gave me no receipt I get screwed out of the correct order getting replaced. Rude. I will be contacting corporate about this location!

Went thru d thru ordered 8 piece bucket cost me 26 00 Tuesday special 10.00 no employee asked if I wanted the Special and I didn't say Special so I called and ask about this was told it eas my fault for not saying Special I have had my last kfc all because of employee lack of commuting with customer this happened today Tuesday July 9th

I go here regularly because it's close to work but it's gotten really bad. Quality of the food has declined drastically and takes much longer than it should. Tonight I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and it was still wrong and and the only thing fresh was the fish that I was waiting 30 minutes to get.

Nice Big piece of chicken compared to other restaurants 👍🏻👍🏻
