Never can get your money's worth from this location. Last visit for me.

Have ripped me off the last 4 times I have ordered from there ! I always order the same thing ,2 Brest and gravy and a pot pie . Well , the pot pies are now 1/2 the size they used to be and they give me 1 Brest and one wing instead of the 2 Brest I paid for ! I know I should check my order but I am usually in pretty much if a hurry ! I truely believe they do this to increase profits . Try to call and they let the phone ring 30 times or more then they send it to the fax machine ! The current employees need to be fired !

They are working on service and food quality the improvements are showing we enjoyed our meal

So it's been awhile since we've been here since last experience. We get there at 11: 00 pm. Told they had no chicken strips they only had bone in chicken.They are open till midnight. So when we got up to pay my wife asked for the store manager's name, we were told what the store manager's name was but that she was the one that sent the cook home at 9:00 pm. So basically if you want fresh me you better come in before 8:00. How you going to send the cook home when you stay open till midnight. Totally thought this would go better since they've got a overhaul on people the last 6 months guess it's time to call corporate and let them know that they need to bring a whole new crew in because of this crew don't know what the y are doing. And then guaranteed corporate probably want to know why they're only at a three-point something. In last but not not least the chicken is dry in the biscuits are hard outside doughy inside.

Doing better than a year ago But needs better service employees. Takes to long to get food with our schedules.

Got order wrong and refused to replace. Wouldn’t give me the managers name.
