KFC Enfield - Coliseum Retail Park

This place needs to burn down we waited 30 mins at drive to to tell us there’s not chicken or food

We recently ordered with their app. The quality of food is horrible. Chicken pieces are seems like leftovers from butchers, small with little meat. We didn't receive burger that we got in our app for free. We had the same experience a month ago when eating in. Chicken was shocking and staff was rude. Never again.

My husband picked up the food so it’s fresh as im pregnant Food was dreadful Dry overcooked cold the chips were stale terrible I would’ve preferred to order from Uber so I could complain and get my money back with ridiculous. This was the worst KFC I’ve ever had in my life and I’m pregnant and I really fancied KFC. I don’t recommend retail park on A10 KFC. The makeover is good but the food itself is terrible.

No car park for vans because the 2,1 m bariers

Staff were pleasant even when confronted with some god-awful women in front of me moaning about nothing? Food was hot and very tasty with a short wait while they cooked it fresh. Perfect. One of the better KFC chains

I recently visited KFC and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The chicken I ordered was disappointingly burnt, lacking the juicy tenderness I expected from KFC. Moreover, the store itself appeared under-staffed, leading to slow service and a less than welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I hope KFC can improve on these aspects for future customers.

Order completely wrong. Paid for zinger towers, sides and all kinds. Useless.
