I don’t even know how this place is even still open, Duncan needs something better here lol they pick and choose when they want to open the dining room up and force you to wait in a SLOW drive thru. Duncan KFC ( when you want that type of food) didn’t have many items on the menu (out) & prices were different on their menu. To beat all charges 17$ for 8 piece chicken tenders. Not the meal! & no mac & cheese. This was a night we needed a simple meal for a rough day & night! The 3-4 times we’ve went within a year has been something wrong with order to where it’s just ludicrous!
Drive thru attendant was horrible to me and the car infront of me pulled off due to the worker's attitude...not good for business. With 3 other major Chicken restaurants near by, I will not be back to this place.
The food here is never right its always cold and tonight they shut the lights off on us after we had been sitting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with our two kids. This has to be the worst KFC I have every been to.

I hate having a long night and wanting food and the restaurant makes u wait before ordering then everything you order they say we do not have it or we ran out. This is the only KFC in 20 miles Pay better so you can have better workers in the next 5 years fast food restaurants with bad service will not make it. I u detained this is a big company but we all know all things big fall

Like I always say, I'm glad that people show up to work. KFC has been around as long as I have and everyone knows what's going on there. Thanks for the food. It satisfied my hunger at the time I needed it
Rated so low because the restaurant was closed. Come on - covid is over people! Then drive through was only alternative. Greeting over the speaker was "what can I do for you?" Really - no greeting like welcome to KFC or a hello? I ordered, then heard "side", then heard "drink". Shouldn't a customer hear "and what drink/side would you like"? Then I heard a total. That's it, so I drove to the window (figured that was the next step but elsewhere I hear "please drive to the next window") While playing on his phone, he handled out the food, I paid, he gave change, then shut the window, Nothing like "thank you" or even something!!. I love KFC but this location does it's best to send customers elsewhere. I will never go back, for sure! A real shame that people like this are let out in public only to ruin someone else's business.
