I stop here to butt food 30 minutes before they close but they didnt even greet me at the intercom so i pull up to drive thru window and they say the where not selling food because they didnt had any to sell

I live close by so i go to this specific store for years and i can tell you in the last 2 or 3 years their service sucks but specially in the last year. I went this week at 4:00 pm and they tell me they are not taking orders until 45 minutes to and hour. I go today Sunday at 5:00pm and they tell me is going to be and hour and a half wait for chicken. Manager paid attention because this is and every week situation. I used to love this restaurant before not any more. I rather drive to Warren because there they are always ready.

Young lady working alone did an excellent job

went through the drive thru, I live 6 minutes away. Fries were COLD, called the restaurant, first thing I asked was if this was a grub hub order complaint so it appears they have a real issue with that. I was told I was wrong that their fries are always hot, spoke to the manager who was rude, wanted to know why I bothered calling if I did not want a replacement, if I went back for more fries, then the rest of the food would get cold before they were eaten, I just wanted to suggest that rather than giving cold food, let your customer have another option but she was not having it - i will not spend my money here, i will go elsewhere.

Service fun and friendly. Food was perfect and delicious. Biscuits were soft the way we like them and the slaw was amazing

Received my order at 11:15 in the morning. Was expecting fresh hot chicken. Got something similar to the banquet box chicken. Wasn't even hot. Had to be from the night before. Do better

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches today at 530 today 8-1-24 and to get to work to eat my sandwich and it’s not cooked I’m very disappointed and sick to my stomach I called the restaurant several times and no answer as if they’re busy so I will be calling corporate this isn’t the first time I had this problem and this is unacceptable I bit into a raw chicken sandwich I’m very upset

Food Was Cold Got It Replaced And It Was Over Cooked And The Biscuit Was Hard

Um why they ain’t open at 1040am?
