Used online ordering! Supposed to be faster! Not! Waited 45 min past pu time to get food! But, food was fresh, and have no complaints on quality of food! Just plan ahead! Was not busy! Plenty of parking! Atleast they care enough to send out good food!
Terrible on evening shift... usually never this bad of an experience here, maybe they need new employees. They are driving away business. And making lots of folks angry tonight!! Luckily I'm not in the mood !! Management needs to respond to this review! Surely you don't want drive through times long & customers peeling wheels out the parking lot and then sales drop. Why, because of terrible employees that DON'T WANT TO WORK!!!! THEN GET MAD WHEN THEY HAVE TO WORK! We literally sat in line tonight for 10 minutes BEHIND TWO OTHER CARS ....then after waiting, 2 employees came out with trash and walked to the dumpster (so they decided to take trash out with a line of least 5 , 6 cars by now?! ) the other employee didn't have any trash bags tho, I'm assuming no one wanted to work tonight! Also, window lady told customers ahead of us that there were only 2 ppl working tonight. Excuse me I counted at least 4! 4 employees on the evening shift & 2 outside during rush !!! Worse business experience ever! I would give zero stars if possible. Please hire people that aren't lazy if possible, thanks. It would improve your stats & customer experiences so they keep coming back. No disrespect. & may God bless you.
I waited for 30 plus minutes and have not received my food at all. Still waiting not sure why it’s slow or anything like that. People have ordered after me in the drive thru and have already left with their food.
Work at KFC 1985 and left in 1992, wonderful company to work for and I'm glad to see the company still has a friendly staff, very clean,and fantastic food.
I like the food but the people that day weren't too friendly. We all have bad days though.
