KFC Coventry - Cross Point

Came here for brunch and was first in. The welcome was warm and service amazing. I’ve asked a few questions as wasn’t sure what I wanted and nothing was trouble. I honestly felt like this was the nicest experience I’ve ever had at fast food. The girl behind counter was professional and warm which just makes such a difference when you are having your food served. The food was yummy especially the chips - they were fresh and crispy and not soggy as at most places. Not sure if it was due to being there so early but … I was impressed and will come back! Ps: we visited on 12th April. In case you wanted to check who worked that day

I brought a vegan burger and no exaggeration it was rock hard and completely un edible edible

The box packaging was falling out from the bottom and the food was just chucked in the box. I swear the presentation used to be way better! Chips were cold even though we went through an empty drive through. Wipes are no longer offered here either which is strange. Staff were friendly though.

Rude staff and have been up all night being sick. Dirty place
