I went to this kfc location, 0/10 overall service. There has to be too much going on where they don’t care to take your order quickly or acknowledge they’ll be right with you, along with crazy wait times just for the food to come out with hair on it. Their workers are EXTREMELY rude such as coping and attitude when I said hello because they left in the middle of taking my order to help another customer inside the store an I didn’t know (because I went through the drive thru), sighing after I answered when they asked ME if I WANTED a combo, getting mad when I didn’t pull forward because they never told me too or tell me my total, Nothing is right about this location don’t waste your time and money it’s not worth it. Play with your mamas food not mine. I tried to be extra nice an considerate especially on a hot day, but playing with people’s food is TOO much.

Every time I order they forget stuff. Especially online orders. Best go to canes or another chicken place.

This location needs to close the crew is horrible the General manager should not be a general manager at all he doesn't know how to do anything he doesn't even know how to filter the grease out he doesn't know how to manage this is a joke the management should be fired including the district manager all should be fired I'm going to have the health department investigation on this location

Out of chicken at 6:45 on a Friday night. Second time this has happened in a month.
