We ordered our delivery at 8:30 Pm still we didn't get our order still now.....one of the worst i ever seen....after raising complain also no response from the team...worst costomer service

We have ordered food 4:35 but the food delivered by 4:56 when we asked for the 7 mins express delivery,one of the staff has told that it was rushed and peak hour so it is not available then why are making over ads over it 😡 The service and staff are worst behaviour

Poor service broken ordering machine very balant fried chicken very disappointed

This review is mainly to convey the worst and pathetic customer service t the outlet. First of all you have only counter for cash and one machine working for UPI payments. On a weekend imagine the crowd & ppl have to wait in queue without even proper guidance of where to go to place order. Next it literally takes to the service ppl to fulfil orders according to the bill number...All early orders are given late and all late orders are given early...what concept you guys work on God knows. We literally saw a family struggling to place order thru the machine and they left ..not all wil knw to order from that, you need to have a dedicated person at door n machine to guide the customers. All in all pathetic...
