I myself with my friends we 6 members been there for a week day night dinner kindly take it that is it is not even a weekend night it's a hot week day night were we made a order for a bill of 2.5k and we asked to wait a quite some time it's ok nowadays kfc is not following the 7mins sos. But we waited, we has been waiting for atleast 25mins just to get 6 burgers with a bucket of chicken and our drinks. What a pathetic service @kfc very poor and they staff are like they think that they are in a picnic and working like anything and the atmosphere is like a garbage dump no body is taking care of the dinein area and it is flooded with food waste and condiments. @kfc urban square, Chennai kindly make sure that you are a world-class dineout resturant so give service such like. Very Worst and this one star not worth for this particular outlet.

At Alandur KFC. AC not at all working. Even with several complaints. This problem not addressed.

They are not cleaning the place. The floor was wet and sluggish. The eaten foods were not cleaned. The counter person told us to wait for 30 minutes for the heater to turn on and cook the grilled chicken. I mean what is the point of fast food then. I got food poisoning after eating here. I would not recommend this place.

Not recommended

The food was disgusting and rancid. I ordered a Mexican Pro Zinger Burger and the bun was as hard as a rock. The chesse was also hard and it was stuck to the box.

I ordered different types of dip but they just gave same dips total 6 dip the same Nashville hot pepper. I dislike it's taste thats horrible . I am disappointed in you kfc

I ordered for pick up but the burger is not packed. Worst experience I cannot tolerate. Even I cannot connect to customer service of uptown kathipara store. I have paid money for nothing
