KFC

Hi, Today I have visited kfc annanagar along with my kid. First of all there was only 2 kiosk out of that 1 was not working and the other one payment voucher received but order receipt was not received and the same escalated to their staff. In turn noted the items from kiosk, waited for 30 mins, repeatedly checked 2-3 times about our order finally got it found 2 item missing and ordered dine-in received parcel take away and the same was enquired, none of them don't know about order. Finally got sorted out. While moving to wash basin to wash, fully water over flow from the wash basin makes the place dirty. Very poor service and maintenance

Ordered for pickup and went to restaurant after 30 min .. they said they wil prepare my order but even waiting for 25 min they didn't pick my order but were serving orders came after me.. after I asked they started my order bad experience with kfc

Horrible experience most useless outlet

Very worst, my daughter ordered through app and it was not delivered but the amount of Rs.383/- has not been refunded so far we have been contacting many times customer care and Anna nagar franchise but still today the amount has not been refunded the order was placed on May 17th 2024.
