Holly needs more training on how to speak to customers and not antagonise or escalate a potential problem or issue. Being polite and well mannered would be a good start and is crucial to good customer relations. Apologising for any mistakes always helps when customers raise issues and being more helpful appeases customers when she has got the order wrong.
Best kfc i have had in a while!! Served by Holly very professional and polite. I am leaving this review as I witnessed a customer being vile towards holly, over a coffee he did not order or pay for. She handled the situation very well!!!
A girl served me today. She said her name was Holly. I asked for 2 cappucinos and 1 Pepsi with the meals we ordered. She got the order wrong and when I queried it she tried to justify it by saying she was trying to be nice. What by serving us an incorrect order??? She made no apology for the mistake and instead tried to make me look foolish (the customer). She made no apology for the error and had a really bad attitude. I guess the customer isn't always right even when they are actually right!

Been served by a guy called Aidan, I saw the chips where brown and asked for fresh one, he took my bag of chips and run in the kitchen and back in few seconds and throw it back at me saying that that's the fresh I am going to get. Customer service lacks. Them chips where there for more then 30 minutes. Never again here.
Always a pleasure munching on chicken here, staff are helpful too
