Got in and ordered and girl was helpful with questions and got my food quick and it was hot. Couldnt ask for much more

I am kind of sad I chose this location. Service was slow. Chicken was not crispy and not hot. The dining room was dingy dirty. I left wishing I would have stopped at Arby’s or McDonald’s. KFC use to be my favorite chicken place- Sad.

I ordered a crispy breast and they didn't have any cooked up she said, that happens alot there.

Place is pitiful second year in a row we've went to get food from here for our Christmas lunch and last year it was ridiculous didn't get it right and had to go back and this year they aren't even opened yet or capable to even fulfill the rather moderate order. It's a pretty sad world we live in where either this place just stinks or there somehow aren't enough people to work where in that case they still stink and should just close instead of wasting people's time.

Very nice people food was absolutely incredible. I seriously have never had such tender and juicy chicken. Highly recommended thank you.

Terrible experience, I tried to order a 4 piece chicken dinner at 830 pm and I was told they only had 2 pieces of chicken. I asked if they could just throw in a couple tenders to make 4 pieces. She said we are not allowed to mix. I said can you cook more chicken? I was told the Fryer was cleaning itself. I asked when will it be done? She said I don’t know. This lady didn’t know that I own a franchise of my own. I would absolutely fire someone that was that did that at my franchise.

Very slow drive thru time. Check your order before you pull away. This place is always forgetting something exspecially cookies and biscuits.
