KFC Cardiff - Queen Street

I’m actually giving them zero star! Absolutely disgusting service! Missed the items! Didn’t put the item in the bag and the. They expect us to complain to Uber as if it was the drivers fault! Utterly nonsense. I never leave reviews but their service and attitude was disgusting no wonder people have boycotted them. My last order from them was officially today. Please don’t waste you money.

Nice quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff. Dietary restrictions: This place sells halal food which was very helpful great tasty food.

KFC is what it is for its Crispiest Fried Chicken, yet I am disappointed at KFCs here in Cardiff. All friee chicken they have is breaded, soft and mushy. The staff was polite and fast, the ambiance was alright. The toilet was also in a fair condition, however, the food: not of international standards.

Terrible always something wrong with your order either it be they mess it up, it’s uncooked and staff lack hospitality all seem so dull and makes me want to leave just because of that.

Service good and good food. Parking is a pain for collection. Halal.
