KFC Cardiff - Newport Road

Food quality was very poor, very greasy and dripping with oil but also almost raw.

Food was cold despite the restaurant being empty on an early Monday afternoon and also hot wings missing from order. Will not be returning. Also no safety triangle in bathroom for wet floor could have easily slipped and fallen in there.

Orders not listened to and therefore mistakes made. Customer service was bad not willing to change orders once been made.

Place is dirty, Bins stink, toilets stink and the food was stale also tasted like they hadn't changed the oil in 3 months. Don't go here.

Restaurant is very CLEAN. That tells you all you need to know.

Good service and food hot and tasty.
