Ordered a twister with large fry and large gravy td with a small popcorn chicken and a pepsi. After paying i was told id have to wait 10 minutes for the gravy which is frustrating when im on my lunch break but whatever i waited. Shouldve checked my bag before heading back to work but obviously in a hurry i didnt and i just went straight back. After getting back i open my food to find everything but the large fry, they gave me a small fry. Even with both the fry and popcorn chicken i barely made a dent in the gravy so not only did i way over pay but i got basically a whole large gravy to waste now. And of course this happens when i dont have time to go back to complain. After reading others reviews here this clearly is the wrong place to go for lunch and i wont be returning. Also way overpriced.

Rude, don't know how to talk to customers. Give you what ever they want to not what you actually order. awful

Website and sign on the door says open till 10 it is only 859 and they r closed DO BETTER

Always understaffed and you can expect to not get product on their menu (gravey, sause etc)

I don't normally write reviews because I think alot of people are impossible to please. But I went to KFC here which I do maybe once a year, last year I wasn't very impressed.,but I thought I'd give it another try. Walked in and was greeted nicely, ordered a 4pc chicken dinner and didn't want the soft drink, so I requested a extra coleslaw for substitute, the young lady said no problem..I thought great, off to a good start. She also said about 15 minutes..no problem. Sat down for a few minutes and went to the bathroom..watched a lady come out (coed bathroom) walked in, piss all over the floor and on toilet seat..and guys are slobs right? I was called to the counter for my order and asked again, extra coleslaw, no soft drink which she replied 1 coleslaw, I told her when I ordered I exchanged the soft drink for an extra coleslaw, which she said no problem. She told me the soft drink is 1.50 and the coleslaw is 2.00,I said I'll give you the extra 50 cents, she said no I can't do that..I still paid for the soft drink but didn't get it..not a big deal but principle of it all. Years ago you use to be able to exchange items without a problem..I'll never go back to that store, I may try another one next year. Very disappointed..

Went to KFC today and picked up a famous chicken chicken sandwich to surprise a friend. They were certainly surprised when they bit into the sandwich only to find that the piece of chicken that was supposed to come on the sandwich was actually one of their bone in chicken Thighs. I am not sure how you could mistake the two, but that is indeed what took place. Sandwich is quite literally impossible to eat as assembled due to the amount of bones contained within. In addition, the chicken was also severely over cooked, possibly from sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. Absolutely disappointing experience.

Waited 10 minutes to take my order, waited 20 minutes to get to the window and then waited 45 minutes to get my food. Terrible and very slow service. Very disappointed!
