Best South Indian or Kerala traditional food destination

I visited Kerala curry house restaurant today with my friend. We ordered a thalassery chicken biriyani and a chattichore. The biriyani was so bland that it had nothing to do with thalassery and the curries in the chattichore were also not at all tasty. This is not our first time at this restaurant and last time we experienced the same poor quality while taking the weekend buffet. But this was even more disappointing. We did share the feedback after paying for the food and the guy at the desk was smiling as if they get a lot of such feedback. I don’t usually put reviews for my bad experience but seeing how the stafff responded and having the same issue for my last 2 visits made me feel compelled to share this feedback. Hope they improve quality as this was a good spot for Malayali cuisine in GTA. And for people like us who travel from Windsor and London, just to get a feeling of home, this is truly disappointing.

Place is okay. The food is not authentic and wait time is ridiculous.

Great service.. food was tasty..

I ordered on phone for pick up and when I reached there they said no one placed the order to kitchen, because the shift just changed. Also the menu on google maps is not updated. The prices are way less. This is not a goof experience.

The food was good. Kizhi porotta was not that special as the hype but pothichore was really good. Must try.
